Closing
The closing agent will provide a settlement statement summarizing the financial transactions. All parties will sign this statement, certifying its accuracy. If you cannot attend the scheduled closing, arrangements can be made. Ensure funds are wired electronically or bring a certified bank check to the closing. The seller should arrange to provide all property keys and important information at closing.
